Hi there!
I’m Emma Riddering. I graduated from Michigan State University and work as a UX researcher and designer.
I’m passionate about uncovering patterns in complex problems, turning insights into action, and building processes that make work smarter and more effective.
What I Do
I turn research into actionable insights and frameworks that help teams make better decisions.
I focus on solving meaningful problems and improving how people work and collaborate.
Strengths
I'm great at spotting patterns and connections that others might miss.
I turn insights into action that actually makes an impact.
I love streamlining processes and building systems that just work.
I communicate research in ways that click with stakeholders.
I’m endlessly curious and always chasing new ideas.
A Little About Me
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me skiing, hiking, or traveling. I love photography, stargazing, playing board games, reading psychological thrillers. In my time off, I hang out with my two siblings (pictured above) and spend time at my rustic family cabin in northern Michigan.
Lately, I’ve been obsessed with line dancing — I may have “two left feet,” but taking lessons has been a ton of fun. I also enjoy creating textured wall art, especially floral pieces using joint compound on canvas. And yes, I never say no to a good hamburger or ice cream.
